There’s something incredibly reassuring about knowing that when I’m away from home, everything will still be taken care of. The house will stay clean, and the floors will always be vacuumed—no matter what.
One day, Baby Blue asked for her own little vacuum, and we couldn’t say no. Since then, it’s been in constant use. She takes it everywhere and uses it with such pride.
She’ll vanish for a few minutes, and soon after, you’ll hear a soft hum coming from upstairs. That’s her teaching her “baby†the essential skill of keeping the floors clean.
Once she finishes her room, she’ll ask to vacuum mine, then the office, and eventually beg to move the cleaning downstairs. I always let her, because honestly, I love seeing her so proud of her work. It's amazing how much responsibility she takes on.
