The huller/de-awner removes seeds' surface husk / awn. After then, seed cleaner
& grader will remove the dust, husk, smashed stems by air suction cleaning.
Meanwhile, it will remove the oversize and undersize impurity by sieve grading.
After air screen cleaning, the destoner will separate the stones, lumps, glass
and other heavy impurity. To remove the stones and clods, we also have magnetic
separator, it is used to remove the magnetic clods and other magnetic impurity.
After grain being cleaned by above procedures, customers normally add gravity
separator to remove bad, immature, eaten, sicken seeds. Gravity Separator will
help to find the healthy seeds. In order to improve the seeds germination rate, seeds coating machine is essential. Seed Treater will coat the chemical,
fertilizer film on seeds' surface. The chemical will protect the seeds underground
from worm's eaten and prevent diseases. The fertilizer will offer rich
nutrition during seeds budding stage. Finally the cleaned grain/ seeds are
being weighted and packed into bags.

Third, fish species
1. The time of stocking of fish species: 11-December each year, or February-March of the following year, the water temperature is lower, transportation is convenient, fish body injury is lighter, and the survival rate is high.
2. Fish stocking specifications: There are two kinds, about 80 grams or about 350 grams.
3. Stocking numbers: 80 g fish species will be placed in 450-550 crate per box, 350 g fish species will be 200-250 crate per box.
IV. Precautions: The water temperature of the fingerlings is less than 12 degrees Celsius, and the fish species are robust and tidy. Strictly sterilize before and after entering the box to prevent the occurrence and death of hydromycosis. Before the fish species are put into the box, due to transportation and shipment, resulting in injury to the fish body, it is highly prone to occur in the case of low water temperature, and the success or failure of breeding and management of the cages for rearing of flower pots is very important. Feeding and management are very important, and management can be accelerated. Calyx growth, increase production, get better economic benefits. Otherwise, due to poor management, resulting in slower growth or even escape, breeding fails. Feeding management mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Blister box: new cages, rough surface, directly loaded fish can easily cause fish injuries, therefore, must be soaked in the library 7-10 days in advance.
2. Brush box: The cage is placed in the storage tank. Due to the action of plankton in the water, a lot of dirt is adhered to the cage, which affects the exchange of water and causes the reduction of the amount of plankton in the box. As a result, the calyx grows slowly due to the shortage of food. Therefore, the cages must be brushed regularly, generally in the growing season, brushing once in 15-20 days.
3. Mobile: There are two kinds of movements. First, in the flood season, mobile cages are prevented from being washed by floods. Second, mobile cages increase the biological content of food in cages and accelerate the growth of calyx.
4. Feeding: Sometimes, reservoirs are relatively thin or have more cages. Other methods cannot increase the amount of food organisms in the tank. At this time, it is necessary to stack or suspend organic fertilizers or fertilizers around the cages. Fertilizers should be suspended in the absence of wind.
5. Boxing: After one year of breeding, the species grow mostly 10-20 times. In order to ensure the normal growth of fish in the box in the spring of next year, and avoid the lack of dissolved oxygen and food in the box, it must be binned.
6. Caretakers: During the growing season, cages need to be inspected frequently to observe fish activity and find problems to take timely measures to prevent fish from escaping. In winter, unsold fish should be kept together to prevent the wind from blowing through the cage or being stolen.
V. Harvest sales In November, the reservoir water temperature dropped to 10 degrees Celsius, and flower buds had stopped growing and began to harvest and sell flower buds. At this time, 100 grams of flower pots can be grown to more than 500 grams, and each box can produce more than 200 kilograms of pots. After a leap year, it can grow to more than 1,500 grams. 350 grams of flower pots can be grown up to 1000 grams, and each box can produce more than 250 kilograms of flowers. After the year of the year, it can grow to more than 2500 grams. 1,000 grams of flower pots can be sold for 5 yuan/kg; 2000 grams of flower pots can be sold at 6.4 yuan/kg.
