Cultivation Techniques of Pleurotus eryngii

During the cultivation season, Pleurotus eryngii belongs to medium-low temperature mushrooms. The optimum temperature of mycelia is 23-25°C. The optimum temperature for the mushroom is 12-18°C. The primordium is not present below 8°C, and it is easily deformed above 20°C. According to this feature, the cultivation season can generally be inoculated in September-October and cultivated in 45-50 days.
Raw material preparation According to tests, the ideal formula is: 35% cotton shell, corn core 13%, wood chips 30%,
Bran 13%, corn powder 7%, lime 1%, gypsum 1%. The environment of Pleurotus eryngii is very acidic and lime cannot be used in many ways.
Pleurotus eryngii is suitable for clinker bag planting. Generally, a 17340.04cm acrylic or vinyl bag can be used. It is bagged mechanically or manually. After the two ends are fastened, it is sterilized by atmospheric pressure for 18-20 hours.
Temperature-control bacteria can be inoculated in a sterile environment when the bag is cooled to 25°C. After the inoculation, the room temperature-control bacillus was previously sterilized. In the first 5-7 days, the temperature was controlled at 23-25°C. After 20 days, the temperature was adjusted to 22-23°C and the relative humidity was controlled below 70%. Ventilation was conducted 1-2 times a day to keep the air fresh. After 40-45 days of cultivation, the thick white mycelium grows inside the bag and is physiologically mature. It can be moved into the shed to enter the mushroom management.
Fruiting management must master the time of opening the bag, open the bag prematurely and it is difficult to form the original base, too late mushroom abnormalities, to form a primordium with the kinks of the mycelium and to open the bag when the buds appear. To control the temperature of the mushroom house, the optimum temperature is 13-15°C. To control the humidity, it is advisable to use a relative humidity of 85-95%. Do not spray water directly on the mushroom body to prevent deterioration of the mushroom body. To mediate the air, the concentration of CO2 is too high for mushroom malformation.
Harvesting processing can generally be harvested 15 days or so after harvesting, with the mushroom cover to be flattened and the spore powder not yet ejected for harvesting. It can be harvested after 15 days of cultivation. Pleurotus eryngii can be sold fresh, it can be processed into dried products, or canned. Sun Qi
