Black sorghum seedling cultivation

(1) Nursery pond:
Black saplings can be cultivated indoors and outdoors. Indoors are cultivated with a 1.5-3.0 square meter concrete pool with a water depth of 1 meter. The cultivation density is 30,000-100,000 tail/m3, and the static water absorbs and exchanges water 1-2 times each day, and the water exchange volume is 1/2-1/3 of the cement tank volume. You can also use 1 square meters of cages, water depth of 0.8m, under micro-flow conditions, regular sewage and cleaning cages.

Outdoors are cultivated in a 100-1000 m2 earthen pond with a water depth of 0.7-1 m. Before breeding fry, you must clear the pond with bleach to kill the enemy. The larvae are fertilized around the pond for about a week to cultivate food organisms. Replaced new water must be filtered, filtered with 80 mesh or sand filter.

(2) Feed creatures and feeding amount:

The hatching of the black carp seedlings began on the third day. Food is a key factor in determining the survival rate of larvae. The open bait is generally an oyster's fertilized egg and its larvae or small individual rotifers cultivated at high temperatures. At a density of 5 cells/ml, when the number is variable, adding egg yolks and foods can basically pass through the open period. It must be noted that the rotifers fed must be intensively cultivated with chlorella for more than 6 hours. The juvenile feed was Artemia nauplii (0.1-0.5/ml), fish and shrimp and compound feed. Juveniles can be fed horns, copepods, fish and shrimp and compound feed. To make a few shots when feeding, feed 5-6 times a day.

(3) Water Quality

The water for black oyster rearing needs to be clean, fresh and salinity is 18-25 ‰, the water temperature is about 18°C, PH 7.8-8.5, the dissolved oxygen is 5mg/l, and the ammonia nitrogen content is controlled below 0.1mg/l. In order to keep the water in the nursery fresh, the dirt in the pool should be removed 1-2 times a day. Wash the bottom of the tank regularly, changing water and inflating regularly. Within 7-10 days after larva hatch, due to the tenderness of the fish, it is better to use static water for cultivation. 7-10 days after the start of changing water, suction, inflated. The water exchange capacity gradually increased from 20% to 100-300%. The amount of aeration begins to control the water on the surface and gradually increases. In the later period, it can be cultivated.

(4) Stocking density

The density of seedlings has a great influence on the growth rate of larvae. When the total length of the fry is below 0.7-1cm, the stocking density is preferably 3-50000/m3; when the total length is greater than 0.7-1cm, 0.2-10000/m3 is preferable.
