Three main diseases and diseases of soybean control

Soybean crops are often affected by three major diseases: root rot, sclerotinia, and gray spot disease. Timely prevention and control measures are essential to minimize yield loss and ensure healthy plant growth. Each of these diseases has distinct symptoms and requires specific management strategies. Root rot can occur at any stage during the soybean growing season. Early signs include dark brown lesions at the base of the stem, which gradually spread upward toward the lower branches. The inner stem tissue turns brown, while the petioles become constricted, causing the leaves to droop. To manage this disease, farmers can use seed treatments such as 58% thiram MnZn or 72% Kelu at a rate of 0.3% to 0.4% of the seed weight. Sclerotinia typically appears in late July. Initially, brown spots develop on the stems, followed by the formation of white flocs and granules on the infected areas. Over time, these white particles turn black, and black sclerotia appear inside the stalks. For chemical control, applications of 50% SulfoMax diluted at 1000 times, 40% Sclerot® Net diluted at 1000 times, or 50% Thiophanate at 500 times are recommended. Gray spot disease usually starts in mid-June and becomes more severe in mid-July. The disease intensifies from July to August due to warm temperatures and frequent rainfall. It primarily affects the leaves, causing numerous lesions that lead to premature defoliation and significant yield reductions. In addition to seed treatment with 70% dikecan or 50% dimethoate at 0.3% of the seed weight, foliar sprays of 40% carbendazim (100 g per acre mixed with 30 kg of water) should be applied during the flowering stage for effective control. By implementing these integrated management practices, growers can better protect their soybean crops from these common and damaging diseases. Regular monitoring and timely intervention are key to maintaining crop health and maximizing yields.

Magnetic Bead Acid Nucleic Extraction Kit

In order to implement the requirements for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, all parts of the country are actively cooperating in the normalization of epidemic prevention and control. Each city has arranged multiple nucleic acid testing sampling points, and requires a negative nucleic acid test result within a few days. Public places are accessible, and the importance of nucleic acid testing for epidemic prevention and control is self-evident.
As of now, there are 13,000 medical and health institutions in the country that can carry out nucleic acid testing, and 153,000 professional and technical personnel are engaged in nucleic acid testing technology. The nucleic acid testing capacity has reached 57 million tubes per day. In order to help the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic, Yisheng Biology quickly launched the nucleic acid extraction reagent + 96-channel automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument. It only takes about 10 minutes to extract 96 nucleic acid samples at one time, and extract nucleic acid in a faster and more accurate way. Work becomes more efficient.
Magnetic Bead Swab Sample Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit can be used to isolate and purify high-quality viral DNA/RNA from various swabs and virus culture supernatants. By using magnetic beads with unique separation function and carefully optimized buffer system to efficiently capture the released nucleic acid, the extracted nucleic acid has high yield and good quality, which is suitable for various downstream application experiments, such as RT-qPCR, qPCR and other experiments.
