Fifth , the preparation of reagents:
1. Extract: Pour the reagent in the extract reagent bag and dissolve in 510ml distilled water.

Seven , pesticide residue testing operations:
1. Sample extraction: Take 1g of fruit and vegetable samples (the leafy vegetables are cut into a sample with a width of about 1 cm, and the root vegetables are taken from a cross-section sample) into a small beaker (plastic bottle in the accessory box), and 5 ml of the extract is added and allowed to stand. After 10 minutes or 2 minutes of shaking extraction, it is filtered, and the clear liquid is taken as the liquid to be tested.
2, control test: take enzyme 0.1ml (100 ul), extract 2.5ml, add to a special reaction bottle, mix, then add 0.1ml of color developer, substrate 0.1ml. Immediately after shaking, transfer to the cuvette, put it into the instrument in time, and press the control test button for the control test.
3. Sample test: Take 0.1ml of enzyme, 2.5ml of test solution, add it to a special reaction bottle, mix and let stand for 10 minutes (time stop timing), add 0.1ml of color developer and 0.1ml of substrate. Immediately transfer to the cuvette after shaking, put it into the instrument in time, and press the sample test button to test.
4. Interpretation of test results: If the enzyme inhibition rate of the test sample exceeds 50 (ie, the inhibition rate reaches 50% or more), it indicates that the pesticide residue toxicity of the sample to be tested may exceed the safety defined standard. It is recommended to check once or pass the gas phase. Further qualitative and quantitative analysis (HPLC/T17331-1998) by instrumental analysis such as chromatography.

9. Installation and use of the software:
First, copy the “PC Series Pesticide Residue Tester Dedicated Software” file program from the supplied software CD to the computer hard disk, then connect the instrument host to the computer with the supplied data cable to turn on the instrument switch.
1. Install "USB Driver": Open the "PC Series Pesticide Residue Tester Dedicated Software" folder, then double-click the "USB Driver" folder, double-click "Driver", and then click "INSTALL" to install. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
2. Install the “Pesticide Detection Program”: Double-click to open the “Pesticide Detection Program” folder, click “Test Program” to start the software. Click "Settings", set the port, and proofread the time and read the time. Then click "Connect", if the instrument communicates successfully with the computer, it will enter the connected state and you can proceed to the next step.
3. Data upload: Click “New Record Number”, it will display how many data are not currently read. If there is unread data, click “Acquisition”, collect the data into the software database, and then click “Export Data”. ", display all the data in the database, you can query, if you want to save the current data, click "Export Excel", select the storage path, save the current data. After confirming that the save is successful, click "Clear Library Record" to delete the data in the database to avoid mixing with the next test data.
