Pregabalin, chemical name (s) - 3-aminomethyl-5-methylhexanoic acid, molecular formula c8h17no2, is an antiepileptic drug, mainly for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. The appearance and properties of pregabalin are white or almost white crystalline powder γ- GABA analogues, similar to gabapentin in structure and function, have antiepileptic, analgesic and anxiolytic activities. The antiepileptic mechanism of pregabalin remains unclear. In laboratory studies, pregabalin has anticonvulsant activity in various epilepsy models; The activity spectrum of animal model was similar to that of gabapentin, but the activity of pregabalin was 3-10 times higher than that of gabapentin.
Pregabalin is an antiepileptic drug, is mainly used in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.

Autumn management of planting pearl guava
In recent years, the cultivation of pearl guava has been widely promoted in the Chaoshan region, with the current planting area reaching 100,000 mu. Guava is known for its rapid growth, high yield, and multiple flowering cycles throughout the year. The fruit is not only delicious but also highly nutritious, making it a popular choice in the market with a high price. As a result, it has become one of the preferred varieties for adjusting the local fruit industry structure. However, during the autumn and winter seasons, the climate is dry, with fluctuating temperatures and frequent frosts, which are very unfavorable for guava growth. Therefore, appropriate measures must be taken to create a favorable environment for the plant's normal development. After years of field practice, I would like to share my experimental findings below:
1. **Appropriate Growth Inhibition and Flower Promotion**: During the summer, when temperatures are high and humidity is high, guava grows rapidly, resulting in lush foliage and vigorous shoots. By late August, the flowering nodes become significantly higher. According to previous observations, flowering mainly occurs in the second, fourth, and eighth sections, though some flowers may appear in the eighth to twelfth sections as well. Additionally, many branches are leggy, leading to low fruit set. To address this, applying B9 (a growth regulator) at concentrations of 1000–2000 ppm in late August can effectively promote flowering. This method can also be combined with topping, especially at the fifth or ninth section, which often encourages flowering in the fourth or eighth sections. After implementing these techniques, the number of flowers usually increases by 1–2 times compared to untreated plants. These flowers tend to set well. However, the dosage should be adjusted based on seasonal weather conditions. As temperatures drop in November, switching to Chrysogen for flower protection helps prevent cold damage. Borax should be used in combination with chlormequat to reduce bitterness and enhance sweetness in young fruits.
2. **Pest Control**: In autumn and winter, the main pests affecting guava include anthracnose, aphids, scale insects, and venom moths. Anthracnose can be controlled using 70% thiophanate-methyl WP or 75% chlorothalonil diluted at 800 times. Aphids and scale insects can be treated with 20% fenvalerate EC diluted at 1000 times or 24% DuPont Wanling agent at the same dilution. If pink locusts are causing damage to young shoots, leading to blackening and stunted growth, using products like Green Blessing or Fast Spirit can be highly effective. During dry seasons, root nematodes are common, which can severely damage guava orchards. Symptoms include purple discoloration of older leaves, turning red and eventually withering from the bottom up. If not controlled promptly, neighboring plants may show similar symptoms. When such issues are detected, it is crucial to act quickly. A mixture of groundworms and fine sand can be applied, and the topsoil should be mixed with the tree canopy to prevent further spread.
3. **Rational Use of Foliar Fertilizers**: Using foliar fertilizers during autumn and winter is highly effective. A mixture of 1% superphosphate and 3% urea can significantly boost production. Another effective combination is 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate with 0.2% borax, which promotes fruit development and enhances sweetness. Due to reduced sunlight and lower photosynthetic activity during this period, guava tends to have a lighter flavor. To counteract this, farmers should apply both soil fertilizers and foliar sprays simultaneously.

Xylazine hydrochloride has analgesic, sedative and central muscle relaxation effects. Alpha Lipoic acid has Antioxidant capacity. It can remove the active oxygen components that cause skin aging, especially for dark circles, wrinkles and spots. In addition, it can strengthen the metabolic function, improve the blood circulation of the body, improve the dullness of the skin, and reduce the pores. Gabapentin Powder is a white to grayish white crystalline powder with stable chemical properties at normal temperature and pressure. It is an additional treatment for epilepsy patients with localized seizures which can not be satisfactorily controlled or tolerated by conventional antiepileptic drugs and epilepsy patients with localized seizures and then generalized. Berberine hydrochloride is mainly used in the treatment of gastroenteritis, bacillary dysentery and other intestinal infections, eye conjunctivitis, suppurative otitis media, etc. Recently, it has been found that this product has blocking effect α- Receptor, antiarrhythmic effect. NMN Powder (nicotinamide mononucleotide): full name[ β- Nicotinamide mononucleotide "is a kind of naturally occurring biologically active nucleotide. The decline of NAD in aging process is considered to be the main cause of disease and disability, such as hearing and vision loss, cognitive and motor dysfunction, immune deficiency, arthritis, metabolic disorder and cardiovascular disease caused by autoimmune inflammatory reaction disorder. Therefore, NMN supplementation can increase the content of nad+ in vivo, thus delaying, improving and preventing aging related phenotypes, or age-induced metabolic disorder, aging diseases, etc.
