Yang Hongzhi: Beijing Andrew Fruit Food Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, the company is located in Changping District, Beijing. Beijing Andrew focuses mainly on fruit processing and production, focusing on the development of the industrial raw ingredients market, including providing various fruit ingredients to large-scale food processing and production plants such as yogurt, ice cream, hotel restaurants, and pastry shops. At present, the sales network covers 23 major cities across the country, of which Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin all have good sales in more than 900 large-scale supermarket chains and shopping malls. In addition to fruit puree, fruit fruits, jams, fruit juices and other fruit foods have also been developed and are deeply loved by consumers.

Yang Hongzhi: I am a Singaporean, but I am more familiar with China. I have been to China since 1993. The factory was officially put into production in 2000. At the beginning, we mainly engaged in retail sales, but the effect was not very good. The main reason was that our products were not suitable for the Chinese people's eating habits. So before and after 2005, we began to transform and began to turn to baking. In the fields of hotels, Chinese and Western food, coffee shops, etc., we hope to provide the best products for Chinese customers through the concept and advanced technology of European companies. After the transformation, our sales will maintain a growth rate of 30% to 60% every year. .

Reporter: What advantages do you think your company has in the fruit processing industry?

Yang Hongzhi: I think that our products are relatively novel and relatively fashionable. I feel that as a manufacturer, we must demonstrate differentiation. We must not only produce good quality products, but also produce some new products.
