First, the "speed car" analysis
1. The occurrence of a coaster when the cold car starts is due to excessive wear of the governor flyball bracket holes. When the parking is stopped, the bracket sinks and collides with the housing, causing frictional resistance. Since the rotation speed is low and the centrifugal force of the flying ball cannot overcome the pressure and frictional resistance of the starting spring immediately after starting, the oil supply amount does not drop, and the rotation speed increases sharply. After the engine speed increases, the centrifugal force of the flying ball is sufficient to overcome the pressure and frictional resistance of the starting spring, the flyball bracket, the thrust plate, and the oil supply rod are moved backwards, so that the fuel supply is reduced, and the engine speed enters a stable state.
2. Diesel engines often operate at rated speed. The flyball grinds the thrust plate and drive plate out of the elliptical pit in this working position. When the rotation speed rises, the fly ball should be thrown off to reduce the fuel supply, but it is stuck in the circle. In the pit, it caused a speed.
3. When the governor is installed, the steel ball is coated with too much butter and the oil is very viscous. As a result, when the rotation speed increases, the ball cannot fly away and throw off, causing the vehicle to fly.
4. The plunger is stuck in the plunger sleeve, the plunger spring is broken, and the oil supply rod is stuck in the tie rod bushing, so that the oil supply rod is blocked or stuck at the maximum oil supply position, resulting in a racing.
5. The excessive viscosity of the oil in the governor is too large, especially in winter oil, because of excessive water condensation, so that the fly ball movement is not sensitive, can not control the amount of oil supply, resulting in speed.
6. The oil bath type air filter oil dish was added with too much oil and was inhaled by people's cylinders, resulting in a flying car.
II. Measures to be Taken When a “Speeding up” Occurs The abnormal noise caused by the sudden increase in engine speed and smoke is serious, which is the main basis for judging the “speeding up” of a diesel engine. "Speeding" is sudden and requires the driver to remain calm; take decisive measures to force the diesel engine to stop immediately, otherwise it will cause serious consequences in a very short time. The following measures can be taken when a "carriage" occurs:
1. Immediately place the decompression handle on the decompression position and decompress the engine so that the cylinder will not compress and the engine will stop rotating.
2. Shut off the oil circuit to stop the oil supply. The multi-cylinder engine loosens the injection pipe upper body inlet pipe steering joint to cut off the fuel injection pump; the single-cylinder engine can loosen the high-pressure oil pipe joint nut to make the injector broken. Block the air filter and stop the fresh air supply.
4. In the operation encounter "speed" do not pick up, brake to increase the load, so that the engine due to overload and extinguish.
