First, automatic

Second, manual:

3. The desired operation is achieved by pressing the up, down, feed, and send buttons.

Third, emergency stop:

1. When an emergency situation is encountered, the emergency stop button is taken, and the hoist sound and light alarm is activated;

2. After the sound and light alarm is activated, the fault should be eliminated in time. If the time is long, the unit switch should be turned OFF ;

3. After the file is determined to be faulty, the emergency stop button is rotated and reset, and the emergency stop reset button is pressed and the mode is reselected.

Fourth, the operation notes:

1. When the vertical hoist is running, it should be determined that there is no cargo or foreign matter in the hoist elevator;

2. When the vertical hoist has an emergency problem, stop the emergency stop and record the pre-existing process;

3. When switching to manual automatically, it will work manually after the automatic program runs back to the origin;

4. When transporting the goods, the cargo should be ensured to be reliable. When the goods are inserted, it is necessary to ensure that no goods are dropped out of the pallet, and it is strictly forbidden to carry people.

Automatic or manual program confusion

1. PLC burned out
2 signal line connection error, short circuit, signal detection component damage
3. Damage to low-voltage electrical components in the cabinet

1. Contact the manufacturer in time to replace the PLC2. Incorrect connection: check the signal line node and correct it.
Short circuit: Whether the signal line and its contact are well insulated. Signal detection component is damaged: contact the manufacturer for replacement.

There is abnormal noise during operation

After long-term use of the machine, mechanical parts wear out for a long time, causing mechanical deformation.
