How to avoid autoclave explosion accidents?

Guide: The autoclave is a large pressure vessel with a large volume and heavy weight. Due to the high temperature and high pressure during use, it is necessary to strictly prevent the explosion of the autoclave.

As the largest autoclave and pressure vessel production base in the Central Plains, Zhengguo Container has a number of national patents for autoclave automatic door opening devices, involving automatic operation, positioning adjustment, safety interlocking and other systems, all-round patent support. It ensures the high efficiency, safety and convenience of the equipment in the operation process, and prevents the explosion of the autoclave in the product design.

The cause of the autoclave explosion accident:

First, the direct cause 1. In the aerated concrete equipment production line, the operation of the autoclave operator is improper. When the kettle lid has not been closed in place, the ventilating pressurization work causes the kettle lid to tilt and rotate during the boosting process. The safety interlocking device of the autoclave lid does not function at all and does not restrict the rotation of the lid to cause the explosion.

2. Indirect causes 1. The operator of the autoclave in the aerated concrete equipment is not trained without pressure vessel operation. Special operation certificate 2. The operation procedure of the autoclave is not complete. The maintenance system is not perfect. 3. No implementation. The precautionary measures for autoclave accidents are not effective in rectifying the hidden dangers of accidents. 4. The supervision of relevant departments is not in place.

Preventive measures for autoclave explosion accidents:

1. Strict autoclave operating procedures
2. When the autoclave is running, the safety accessories (safety valve, pressure gauge, thermometer, and kettle lid safety interlocking device) should be kept complete and effective. It is strictly forbidden to operate over temperature and overpressure.

3. During use, no heavy objects are allowed to hit the kettle lid and the kettle body of the autoclave, and any mechanical components should be protected from any mechanical damage.

4. Thoroughly clean the inner track and the sides and bottom of the kettle at least once a week.

5. The movable support and the track surface should be kept clean at all times to ensure the axial free movement caused by the temperature change during the operation of the kettle body.

6. It is strictly forbidden to open holes, weld brackets and additional accessories on the autoclave body. No building shall be connected or welded to the kettle body.

7. The opening pressure of the safety valve must not exceed the design pressure of the autoclave; the safety valve is directly connected to the kettle body, and no valve is allowed in the middle.

8. During the opening process of the autoclave, no one should stand in front of the kettle lid.

9. After the pressure is relieved in the kettle, only when the pressure gauge indicates zero, the safety device can be pulled and the residual gas of the autoclave is exhausted through the ball valve.

10. When opening the kettle door, the operator should stand on the side of the hand crank reducer and slowly rotate the handle, and keep it even. When the kettle door is turned to the door of the kettle, the air vent should be stopped for a while to confirm that there is no gas in the kettle. After that, continue to shake the handle of the reduction box to open the lid of the kettle;
