Heat conduction oil pump assembly process according to process requirements need to gradually eliminate the barbaric operation, conducting oil pump directly affect product quality. Specific steps are as follows:

First, go to the parts warehouse to pick up the accessories needed to assemble the heat transfer oil pump.

Second, the heating cleaning machine cleans all the heat transfer oil pump impeller, the heat transfer oil pump bearing sleeve, the heat transfer oil pump body, the pump cover, the gland, and the shaft.

Third, take out the heat transfer oil pump accessories from the washing machine, wipe them clean with clean cotton yarn in order, place them on the pumping console, and prepare for assembly.

Fourth, the pump coupling is mounted on the shaft head section of the pump shaft of the heat transfer oil pump.

Fifth, the heat-conducting head off the oil pump shaft is pressed into the primary seal gland conducting oil pump, and from the other end of the pump shaft mounted on the pump shaft.

Sixth, the circlip spring is placed on the pump shaft along the shaft lock female end and the circlip is clamped in the first spring groove after the sealing gland, and then the first bearing is greased to the bearing body of the pump. When the bearing is rowed, the position of the bearing must be aligned with the position of the bearing body. The bearing is placed in the bearing position of the bearing body next to the pump joint with a copper rod. Do not use excessive force to avoid damaging the bearing.

Seventh, the main shaft is inserted from the inside of the bearing into the bearing body, and the sealing gland is screwed on the bearing body.

Ninth, the circlip is inserted along the shaft and caught in the circlip groove of the bearing, and the retaining ring is added.

Tenth, the high-temperature carbon fiber packing of the heat-conducting oil pump that has been prepared with oil in advance is sealed into the bearing body, and the casing is compacted.

Eleventh, the pump pumps the thermally conductive bearing body is mounted on the pump, the high temperature thermal oil pump seal along the shaft into the skeleton conducting oil pump cover, and good pressure ring and locknut.

Twelfth, install the heat transfer oil pump impeller and lock the lock nut.

Thirteenth, the high-temperature heat-conducting oil pump body sealing aluminum pad is placed in the pump body, the pump cover of the heat-conducting oil pump is placed in the pump body with the bearing body, and the bolt is tightened.

The fourteenth, the entire heat transfer oil pump is assembled.
