Brief analysis of disassembly and assembly methods of three-roll mill

The three-roll mill is referred to as a three-roll mill, and the three-roll mill can be divided into an experimental three-roll mill and a three-roll mill. The three-roll mill is suitable for the manufacture of paints, inks, pigments, plastics and other pastes. The working principle of the three-roll mill: the three-roll mill achieves the grinding effect by mutually pressing the surfaces of the three horizontal rollers and rubbing at different speeds. The three-roll mill is the most effective grinding and dispersing equipment for high viscosity materials.

1, roll bearing disassembly
a) first loosen the adjusting handwheel and the roller, and remove the belt cover and the upper dustproof plate;

b) Loosen the copper cutter bracket bolt to remove the copper cutter, loosen the discharge plate bolt and take out the discharge plate;

c) Loosen the cover bolt and remove the cover, remove the plastic pipe on the cooling pipe and loosen it: the cooling pipe bracket takes out the cooling water pipe in the roll;

d) Remove the gear from the roll shaft with a tool (three-jaw pull plow), loosen the roll shaft seat platen and take out the washer, and use the tool (three-jaw pull plow) to remove the bearing seat from the roll shaft;

e) Use a sleeve to push the bearing out of the housing.

Note: When assembling the bearing and the bearing housing onto the roll shaft, the bearing outside is evenly tapped. If the bearing seat position is too much, use the tool (three-jaw pull plow) to pull the bearing seat out of the roll shaft.

2, drive shaft bearing disassembly

c) Loosen the cover bolt and remove the cover, remove the plastic pipe on the cooling pipe and loosen the cooling pipe bracket to take out the cooling water pipe in the roll;

d) Loosen the bearing plate at both ends of the drive shaft.
