Plate and frame filter operation steps:

The first step of pressing: Before the filter press operation, the whole machine must be inspected: check whether the filter cloth is folded or overlapped, and the power supply has been connected normally. After the inspection, the pressing operation can be performed. First press the “Start” button, the oil pump starts working, and then press the “pressing” button again, the piston pushes the pressing plate to press, when the pressing force reaches the set high pressure The hydraulic system automatically stops.

The second step material: when the plate frame filter is pressed, the feeding operation can be performed: the feed pump is turned on, and the feed valve is slowly opened, and the feed pressure is gradually increased to the normal pressure. After filtering for a period of time, the liquid output from the filter press is gradually reduced. At this time, the filter residue in the filter chamber is gradually filling, when the liquid outlet is not out. Open the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or air inlet valve, and wash or air dry the filter cake. After the operation is completed, the washing machine or the air compressor and its valves are closed, and the unloading operation can be performed.
