Introduction to the structure and use of RBL type heat pipe evaporator

I. Overview:

The RBL type heat pipe evaporator uses the residual heat in the glass kiln flue to recover heat and heat the soft water to a saturated steam state of 0.2-0.6 Mpa for production use.

Two: The structure of the heat pipe evaporator:

1. The heat pipe evaporator is mainly composed of: (1) a pressure vessel (a steam drum) in which steam is generated; (2) a heat pipe as a heat transfer element that transfers heat to the soft water in the steam drum to evaporate; (3) a cigarette case which is surrounded by The heat pipe bundle is connected to the heat source and the induced draft fan. (as shown in the diagram)

The cold end of the heat pipe is in the steam drum and is firmly connected to the steam drum seal, and the hot end of the heat pipe is in the smoke box. The cigarette case is connected with the bypass of the kiln exhaust flue. During operation, the main flue of the kiln is gated to death, and the exhaust gas passes through the cigarette case, so that the heat pipe is heated, and the principle of heat transfer by the heat pipe is changed. The soft water in the pressure vessel is heated and produces steam for production and use.

Three: Instructions for use:

1. Before installing the equipment, carefully check the drawings and installation requirements. All kinds of instruments equipped with the requirements of the process should be carefully checked before installation to be sensitive, accurate and reliable. When the equipment is installed, the hydraulic test should be carried out. The test pressure is 0.8Mpa.

2. When the original car is driven, the equipment should be filled with soft water as required. When the soft water flows normally, the flue gas can be introduced to avoid the accident of hot pipe explosion and affect the normal use of the equipment.

3. After the kiln is operating normally, the flue gas reaches a certain temperature (200 °C), then open the heat pipe evaporator inlet sluice plate and the draft fan exhaust sluice gate (Fig. 2.10), start the induced draft fan (Fig. 12), and gradually close the main The flue damper (Fig. 4), the operation process ensures the flue suction (Fig. 5), and the fluctuation range should not exceed ±2Pa.

4. During the production process, it is necessary to strictly follow the technical parameters given in the drawings.

5. During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to regular cleaning. The number of cleanings depends on the amount of dust. Under normal circumstances, it is cleared once every 5-7 days.

Dust removal method: When the dust is removed, the ash door is opened, and the surface of the heat pipe is purged with compressed body gas or steam and hot water.

Note: The induced draft fan should not stop rotating.

6. When the equipment is in operation, the steam drum should always pay attention to the water level. It is necessary to ensure that the water level is above the neutral line of the water level gauge to prevent the water from burning out and affecting the normal use of the equipment.

7. In order to reduce heat loss and ensure the utilization of waste heat, the user must intensify and heat the inlet pipe and steam package of the flue and heat pipe evaporator.

8. If a leak or other accident occurs, promptly contact the supplier to assist in the solution.
