Air dehumidifier failures can often be classified into operational errors, electrical control system failures, refrigeration system failures, and air ventilation system failures. Generally, the basic steps of troubleshooting are: first, analyze and eliminate the fault of the electronic control system, and then check the faults of the refrigeration system and the ventilation system, and then consider the relationship between the systems, while eliminating the false faults and ensuring the correct operation. The problem of failure. During the overhaul, the correct judgment and analysis of the fault phenomenon is the premise and key to successfully eliminate the fault.
1 . Eliminate false faults
According to the instruction manual, the dehumidifier is operated according to the operating rules, which can avoid some false faults such as the dehumidifier that cannot be operated normally or not due to improper adjustment. Other false faults are false faults caused by machine protection actions, such as power grid outage, power air switch trip, leakage protection action, timer specified time is greater than the start interval, ambient temperature is too low or too high. When the dehumidifier has a false failure phenomenon, the high-speed use method and the protection device can be adjusted in a targeted manner to eliminate the false fault.
2 . Check the operation
Check the operation of the dehumidifier. If the vibration of the component is too large, the condensation of the evaporator and the condensation of the low-pressure return pipe are not uniform, and there is oil trace on the outer wall of the refrigeration pipe. If there is a trace of oil, it indicates a leak at this point. Because Freon volatilizes after it leaks out, the refrigerating machine oil is not volatile, so it remains on the pipe wall. This is also an effective way to check for leaks in the pipeline. Also depends on whether the electrical circuit is disconnected, whether the connector has fallen off, whether the fuse is blown, whether the surface of the heating component is burnt or not. Also look at the various connectors, fasteners, check whether there are loose, falling off, rust and so on. Especially for the dehumidifiers that have been used or deactivated for a long time, it is more important to pay attention to this aspect. At the same time of viewing, you can further relieve the operation of the wet machine by listening and touching. For example, you can judge which sounds are normal operation and which are abnormal operation sounds by careful listening.
(1) If there is no rubbing sound when the blades are running, various parts cannot have the impact sound caused by vibration. This is the most common two kinds of fault sounds.
(2) The compressor should only emit normal and uniform electromagnetic sound when it is running. There should be no “ compassing ” liquid slamming sound and “ squeaky ” metal sound. The refrigerant in the capillary should only have a "咝咝" -like flow sound when it is normal. A good dehumidifier should have only a slight wind sound during normal operation without any other noise.
(3) When touching the relevant part of the dehumidifier by hand, it can be judged whether the dehumidifier is operating normally by the temperature felt by the hand. Also touch the casing of the dehumidifier by hand to feel vibration.
